We make every effort to arrive at your location at the scheduled time. However, slight delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept various payment methods (e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payments).
Late or declined payments may result in a service interruption or additional fees.
To ensure safe and efficient service, please:
Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Secure any valuable, fragile, or confidential items before cleaning begins.

Failure to provide access at the agreed time may result in a missed appointment fee.
We take pride in our work and aim for complete customer satisfaction.
If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we’ll make it right.
Our cleaning team takes every precaution to handle your property responsibly.
However, Palmer’s Janitorial LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not securely fastened.
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours after service completion.
We use high-quality cleaning products that are safe and effective.
If you have allergies, sensitivities, or special requests regarding products, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to service suspension.
Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information collected (such as your name, contact info, or payment details) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be shared without consent.
